The maximum space for small groups or families: among all our holiday apartments, the three-room apartments for 5 people are the largest and the most comfortable. 60 sqm large, they offer a double possibility, on the ground floor or on the first floor.
The three-room apartments on the ground floor have a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed in the living room, while the three-room apartments on the first floor offer a solution with double room, room with 2 single beds and a single bed in the living room.
The services that we offer you are kitchenette, crockery and pots, fridge and freezer, oven or grill, TV, single bed or sofa bed, double bedroom, room with 2 single beds or bunk bed, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe and equipped veranda. Our verandas are always equipped and offer a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. We have designed them for moments of relaxation and outdoor dining.

PRICE LIST 2024
The prices are intended per week and are inclusive of electricity, water and gas consumption, air conditioning, car parking, free Wi-Fi in common areas, use of the swimming pools, free shuttle service to the beach.

Final cleaning: € 50,00,
Tourist tax: € 1,50 per day per person for up to a maximum of 10 days, children up to 12 years do not pay.
Security deposit: € 100,00 per apartment
Optional costs:
Laundry with washing machine use: € 5,00 per washing, detergent, included;
Bed linen: € 9,00 per person per week;
Bathroom linen: € 6,00 per person per week;
Cradle € 20,00 per week on reservation;
Small pets allowed to be indicated at the time of booking: € 50,00 for final cleaning.
Rules:
- The booking is binding from the moment of the receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount;
- The Guests are kindly requested to settle their payment at the time of taking possession of the apartment;
- Arrivals must take place from 15:00 to 19:00;
- Departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
- In case of early departure the guest must pay the fare for the remaining period;
- The apartments can be occupied only by the maximum number of people allowed: in any case infants 0/2 years, also with your own cot are always counted as persons.
-The pool is open from 8 am to 1pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory when entering the water. You are welcome to buy them in our bar.
- At the reception we are there for you every day from 8.00 am. to 12.30 pm. and from 3.00 pm. to 7.00 pm.
Final cleaning: € 50,00,
