Are you travelling in four and you need large rooms and the maximum of freedom? Our Two-rooms apartments offer up to 4 beds and measure 40 sqm: you start to relax, we take care of the rest. Equipped with air conditioning and terrace with panoramic view of the sea, the apartments are located on the second floor and are preferred by families! Come and discover them for your holidays in Peschici, you'll love them.

Here you will find a living room with kitchenette, crockery and pans, fridge and freezer, oven or grill, TV, sofa bed, room with double bed, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, safety deposit box and private veranda. Our verandas are always equipped and offer a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. We have designed them for moments of relaxation and outdoor dining.

The prices are intended per week and are inclusive of electricity, water and gas consumption, air conditioning, car parking, free Wi-Fi in common areas, use of the swimming pools, free shuttle service to the beach.

Additional costs:
Final cleaning: € 45,00,
Tourist tax: € 1,50 per day per person for up to a maximum of 10 days, children up to 12 years do not pay.
Security deposit: € 100,00 per apartment

Optional costs:
Laundry with washing machine use: € 5,00 per washing, detergent, included;
Bed linen: € 9,00 per person per week;
Bathroom linen: € 6,00 per person per week;
Cradle € 20,00 per week on reservation;
Small pets allowed to be indicated at the time of booking: € 50,00 for final cleaning.

Rules:
- The booking is binding from the moment of the receipt of a 30% deposit of the total amount;
- The Guests are kindly requested to settle their payment at the time of taking possession of the apartment;
- Arrivals must take place from 15:00 to 19:00;
- Departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
- In case of early departure the guest must pay the fare for the remaining period;
- The apartments can be occupied only by the maximum number of people allowed: in any case infants 0/2 years, also with your own cot are always counted as persons.
-The pool is open from 8 am to 1pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory when entering the water. You are welcome to buy them in our bar.
- At the reception we are there for you every day from 8.00 am. to 12.30 pm. and from 3.00 pm. to 7.00 pm.
